OT Dynamicsis looking for a Filler to join our team in Flat Rock, MI. $17 per hour. As a Filler, you'll be a vital part of our production team, responsible for accurately filling paint into final packaging containers, ranging from quarts to totes. This role entails handling liquid chemicals safely, following fill ticket instructions meticulously, and utilizing math skills to maintain accurate record keeping. While some weekend work may be required, this position offers stability with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities: * Fill paint into final packaging containers with precision and efficiency. * Handle liquid chemicals responsibly and safely. * Follow fill ticket instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy. * Utilize math skills to maintain accurate record keeping. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. * Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. * Ability to handle liquid chemicals safely and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Math skills to maintain accurate record keeping. * Availability to work some weekends as required. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Physical ability to lift and move containers of varying weights. * Work overtime and some weekends as required.
