In the Industry Go to Market (GTM) marketing organization, we are aligned across Siemens Digital Industry Software's (DISW) core strategy of bringing solutions to market by industry. We do this with our key technology and alliance partners (Strategic Partners). As we continue to deliver our solutions in innovative ways, we need key programs to take to market in collaboration with those strategic partners. The person in this role develops marketing strategies, differentiated messaging, campaign content and plans to support achievement of our strategic revenue objectives aligned with our go-to-market model in collaboration with their assigned strategic partners.
Essential Functions:
Define and own strategic partner marketing plan that will deliver agreed reputation, demand, and sales enablement goals for Siemens DISW and assigned Strategic Partners in alignment with the Strategic Partner executive management representative in sales, and Industry strategy leaders.
Develop messaging, positioning, and content for the strategic partnership and integrate into the go-to-market campaign content while maintaining Siemens and customer brand guidelines.
Champion Siemens GTM model and process while collaborating with partners
Continuously monitor results and update plans, content, and execution tactics to remove barriers to reaching strategic goals.
Ensure appropriate representation of Siemens and Strategic partner at relevant events that support the strategic plan.
Coordinate with a cross-functional team to implement joint solution definition and go-to-market process checks for joint solution offers. Clearly position joint offer along Siemens or other Strategic partner offers as necessary.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with marketing counterparts within assigned partners.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to work with and influence at a senior leadership level
Strong marketing experience working with engineering and/or manufacturing oriented software solutions
Excellent written skills, including the ability to develop clear messaging concepts and author appropriate content to support marketing execution and sales enablement
Proven ability in a program management role; with strong organizational and change management skills and a strong sense of ownership/bias for action to deliver results
Proven ability to manage projects, including definition of timing plans, resources and deliverables as well as issue identification and resolution
Ability to collaborate with and influence others as part of a virtual team, as well as lead virtual teams
Must be a flexible and creative individual capable of leading and managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, often ambiguous and diverse environment
Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision; This is an individual contributor role
Team player and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences
Excellent English communication skills
Education and Experience Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
10+ years' experience in or working with the industrial software industry
Marketing content/campaign creation experience (B2B) with specific background in messaging, collateral development, etc.

The salary range for this position is $140,100 to $252,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
