Overview
As an MPaaS Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, preparing, and analyzing data to uncover valuable insights. Your recommendations will drive the development and delivery of effective solutions, and you will support their implementation to ensure optimal results for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to understand their business needs and define precise requirements. Your expertise will transform technical findings into compelling sales presentations, assisting in project management to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutions.

What You'll Do
Use data collection tools and conduct data assessments to create value propositions for clients
Perform cost-benefit analyses as needed, identify problem areas, and recommend improvements
Work with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and design optimized solutions
Partner with MPaaS Sales Representatives to transform technical findings into sales presentations
Assist in project management to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutions
Participate in integration projects to ensure client satisfaction
Conduct regular reviews to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
Engage in upselling activities when necessary
Use assessment systems in applications such as Tableau
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3 + years of related experience in conducting business assessments, analyzing current output environments, defining user requirements, professional services support or IT related project management
Demonstrated experience in professional solutions, document management, output management, and document security
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical information into client presentations
Must be comfortable delivering potential solutions to clients in presentation format
Demonstrated experience with document assessment tools such as Tableau
Must have ability to travel
Valid Driver's License
