Your Role
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales Team's efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals. It also includes ship-in coordination to deliver and execute sales proposals and achieving overall revenue goals. This position plays an instrumental role in understanding the culture, geography and demographics of the local market to deliver creative campaigns and solutions. In addition, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all Sales related correspondence, contracts and any other pertinent reports.
Your Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal team, clients, agencies, and out-of-home buying services.
Provide good customer service with follow up on any /all requests on behalf of the Account Executive.
Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, paper request forms, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, CCN's and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
Coordinate and track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation.
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the CMS / IMS systems with the ability to create effective proposals, contracts and maps for the Account Executives.
Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media
Act with diplomacy as a representative of the Sales Department.
Collaborate with other OUTFRONT team members
Self-motivated to be responsive and complete projects as directed
Prioritize current needs on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, communicating and revise as needed
Willingness to work in a dynamic, complex environment, have a solution-oriented mindset
Positive and proactive approach to the role, team, and company and be committed to championing innovation and excellence.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment and work well in a team

Your Qualifications
College degree in applicable field is preferred.
Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the sales advertising field).
Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be professional, multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with completepersonal and professional integrity.
Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
