What makes Crawford Continuing Care Center so special is our Elder Care Services team. This team of experts, led by highly qualified registered nurses and licensed master social workers, ensures new residents receive a thorough evaluation. Our qualified and compassionate staff then creates a customized care plan.
Crawford Continuing Care Center offers comprehensive, customized care plans to meet the medical needs of each resident, while nurturing the mind, body, and soul. Our multidisciplinary approach to care provides access to a wide variety of care team members during their stay.
Our location next to Grayling Hospital also provides our residents and rehabilitation guests with easy access to imaging, laboratory tests, and medical specialists - all just minutes away.

What's Required:
Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
Recent/upcoming Graduate nurses and new RNs are accepted!
