Position Overview:
The primary function of the Warehouse Associate is to work in our Corrigan Mechanical Contracting (CMC) Parts Warehouse managing all aspects of the inventory. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Warehouse Leader.
Primary Job Duties:
Manage inventory control systems and maintain acceptable inventory levels.
Stocking shelves, stock rotation, restocking and stock relocation.
Quote, procure, and comparison shop inventory and non-stock items.
Receiving, shipping and transferring parts, components, materials and supplies.
Set up and maintain inventory in a ready state for use.
Assist technicians in maintaining rolling stocks on service trucks.
Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits.
Read and interpret safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents.
Report findings and make recommendations for improvement to management.
Prepare parts for upcoming jobs.
Ensure accurate and immediate allocation of parts to work orders.
Prepare parts orders for next day.
Shipping and receiving of parts and supplies.
Work closely with Purchasing department.
Good interpersonal skills.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly facilities.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to lift 60 pounds of necessary equipment and push/pull 75 pounds.
Demonstrate professionalism by always being courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers.
Follows company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous meetings.
Operate in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Open to learning new skills required to support the CMC Warehouse Team.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM with one unpaid hour for lunch.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Pass pre-employment drug screen and 7-year background check.
Working knowledge of an ERP or other inventory control systems.
3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Petroleum service experience a plus.
