We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role to act as the bridge between the client and the agency. You are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client's needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency's output. You are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
Manage a portfolio of different client accounts and projects
Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
Plan, coordinate and implement client campaigns and initiatives
Be organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
Work within an internal and external teams
Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets in order to develop the insight needed for a successful project outcome
Develop creative briefs that communicate project needs and requirements; in order to get both internal and external teams aligned
Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes
Keep the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
Actively work with accounting to manage project budgets and billing
Whenever possible, work with existing clients to forecast projects and budgets
Develop an estimate for new projects with input from accounting, account and creative leadership
Develop a statement of work to set expectations
Develop a project schedule in conjunction with internal and external teams
Develop a creative brief
Actively manage and respond to clients, team members and projects
Ensure the traffic calendar is accurate and updated covering all billable and non-billable jobs

Be actively engaged in the agency new business effort
This includes preparing for and giving new business presentations
Respond to RFP's when assigned
Be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing

Be flexible, and able to solve problems
Be resilient and positive in difficult situations
Be able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency
Be responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests
Experiences
6 - 8 years of advertising or marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
Project Management experience
Education
A bachelor's degree in Advertising or equivalent
