Required Skills:
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Proficient in large quantity food preparation, cooking, estimating quantities of food required
Must have working knowledge of hospital kitchen procedures
Ability to organize time and prioritize assignments under deadlines
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years experience in institutional cooking
Food handler protection course preferred
