We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our operations team.

Responsibilities:

Hiring, Training, Developing & Staff
Build and develop seasonal and special event cocktail menus
Bar tend from time to time
Coordinate special events of up to 150 people
Work with Distillery VP and Master Distiller to develop bar, tour, and event programs
Adherence & Enforcement of Compliance with all Company/Health/Safety Policies for Staff & Guests
Receiving & Maintaining Inventory
Financial Accountability - Daily Cash Handling, Comp Reports, Labor Management, etc
Tasting Room Cleanliness & Maintenance
Shift Leadership & FOH/BOH Coordinating tours and events
In-Store Marketing & Guest Relations
Respond to Guest Needs & Complaints Quick & Appropriately
Other Departmental Leadership - Scheduling, Performance Reviews, Implementation of Policy/Procedure)

Skills/Requirements:

1 to 3 years in Leadership Position
Experience in High Volume Environment
Experience with Craft Beer & Local/Specialty Cocktails
Passion for the integrity of product; From Production Process to Final Execution
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
Excellent Leadership & Organizational Management Skills
Computer and POS Knowledge
Must be able to Work Nights and Weekends.
Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
Ability to Maintain a High-Energy, Positive Leadership Style with Management, Hourly Teams, Guests, & Community Partners.
