Position Purpose: The Proposal Coordinator role will support our teams in proposal and presentation management with a focus on writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery. The individual will prepare responses to RFPs, assist with the overall submission for proposals, the prequalification process, resume creation/maintenance, and any other needs. You will work closely with the Operational team to develop winning strategies and produce high quality proposals.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the prequalification process and assist various regions in completing the process for various customers.
Update and maintain prequalification documentation.
Update and maintain company resumes for proposal deliverable use.
Lead proposal process. Help coordinate and develop proposal themes, schedules, and assignments.
Write new material, rewrite existing material to emphasize project themes, and collect and compile information from others. Collaborate with staff to customize proposal message and project descriptions to meet proposal requirements.
Support the company's vision as well as other market sector pursuits.
Assist in the preparation of proposal reviews using PowerPoint and other media.
Implement proposal best practices on every proposal effort undertaken.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or Creative Writing is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proposal coordination experience in the Energy, Construction, or Engineering markets.
Successful candidate must be experienced in managing multiple assignments with a good eye for detail and strong writing skills.
Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Products
Work Environment
Must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the time and move to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Lift up to 35 pounds including inventory shipping/receiving and handling
Continuously operate a computer and other office machines, e.g., copy machine, scanner, and computer printer
Position may require occasional travel to other regional offices.
