Summary
aaThe System Clinical Educator will provide development expertise for both licensed and unlicensed rehabilitation team members by functioning as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent and leader. Responsible for managing the consistent implementation and delivery of training, education, and performance improvements within the MFB System. Work to assess and execute strategies relating to trends, opportunities, and training needs for clinical practice. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs within each system site. This role works closely with clinical educators and leaders within each system site to provide leadership in conducting educational needs assessments, planning, designing, and implementing educational offerings for both licensed and unlicensed clinicians. The role leads investigations, curriculum development, community development, and teaching of evidenced based rehabilitation nursing principles and practice.a
Essential Job Responsibilities
aaWork closely with the System Educators and Leadership to assess performance, identify gaps and key drivers, and recommend training solutions and other related strategies for enhancing performance.
aEnsure successful implementation of the training curriculum.
aDefine business and performance objectives for all relevant training initiatives.
aMeasure and evaluate the effectiveness of training in achieving desired outcomes.
aKeep abreast of current learning and performance strategies, delivery methods, and techniques.
aDetermine implementation plans, schedules, resource needs, and supporting logistics for delivery of training initiatives.
aManage external resources, as needed, to maximize cost effectiveness and quality.
aFacilitate training from time to time.
aPerform other duties as required.

Essential Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Clinical Certification required in nursing or therapy (RN, PT, OT, SLP) within 2 years
2-5 years prior experience in training and/or education
Active Driver's License with willingness to travel to system sites.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, staff, and physicians.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
