Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Marketing Programs Specialist you will:
Develop, manage, and support customized design program plans (including marketing, communications, public relations, social media, trade shows, events, displays, advertising, and supporting programs). Conducts continuous review and analysis to assure programs are supporting the needs of the market and align with the Haworth brand and systems. Supports Manager by providing timely and accurate product performance analyses, quality audits, market research, competitive analyses, and product planning.
Essential Functions
Maintains day-to-day relationships with Material Bank to manage reorder points, inventory exposure, and A+D leads, as well as track sample trends.
Assist in developing and maintaining CMF-managed marketing support such as product matrices, spec guides, training material, digital swatching, Material Bank, and design library merchandising.
Develop support tools, including the statement of line cards, CMF samples, and promotional items.
Supports information dissemination to appropriate internal and external teams, including but not limited to field communications, Material Bank lead content, etc.
Work cross-functionally with corporate and product marketing to execute communication strategies and detailed plans for effective launch programs.
Supports manager/supervisor with developing 5-year strategy and budgeting for swatching.
Responsible for ensuring consistent brand and product strategy across all swatching.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation.
Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree in communications, marketing, design, or equivalent in relevant field of study
Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years related exp OR 4 years related exp
Work Experience:
Two years experience in marketing, communications, design, or project management.

Experience in marketing in furniture, finishes, textiles, or closely related industry preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
