Job Summary
A successful NetApp Account Technology Specialist (ATS) works collaboratively as part of a sales team to design solutions that meet and exceed our customer's requirements and expectations.
Job Requirements
* Successfully identifying and articulating the technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team.
* Lead product demonstrations and proof of concepts with our customers providing them the ability to experience simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
* Understand financial and operational requirements to help create ROI models that meet the customer's needs.
* Creation and execution of technical sales plans to align resources to customer's needs that results in successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp's products and services.
* Active participation in Field Specialist teams that drive initiatives and provide input to product and engineering organizations.
* Mentor new team members.
* Maintaining currency on complimentary and competitive emerging technologies.
* Engaging subject matter experts to help develop and present solutions when needed.
Education
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (related) is desired or qualified accomplished comparable experience in this field is required.
* A minimum of 8+ years of applicable experience is required.
Compensation
The OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $194,000-$262,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
