Summary About the Position: Provides management with objectively based information for making decisions on the management, administrative and personnel aspects of Division operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs for a large, complex, diverse and geographically dispersed organization. Full performance grade level is GS-11, however, selection may be made at the GS-07, 09 or 11 grade level. Responsibilities Compile and analyze data from a variety of sources; summarizes data, prepares documents and briefing material; coordinates with stakeholders; provides quality review of documents produced. Serves as Administrative Officer providing management with objectively based information for making decisions on the management, administrative, and personnel aspects of the organization. As key advisor and principal staff member, provides accurate interpretation and guidance concerning the latest changes in administrative regulations and procedures. Performs, provides, obtains, and/or advises on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the organization. Prepares and/or consolidates all administrative reports required for the Division.
