Heavy Duty Diesel Equipment Mechanics Needed ASAP - Multiple Michigan Locations
We are seeking a few skilled Diesel Truck/Equipment Mechanics to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our diesel truck fleet. As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll deal with complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and heavy-duty equipment.

Wage: $22/hr - $32/hr (depending on experience)
Monday through Friday - First Shift (multiple openings 7am - 5pm, OT after 40 hours)
Multiple locations! Three Rivers, Sodus, Holland, Union, Michigan - and others!
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment and technology. Knowledge of CAT, New Holland, Case is a huge plus.
Perform field diagnostics and repairs as needed
Work on heavy machinery both in the shop and occasionally on site
Use various tools and equipment to dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble parts and machinery
Stay updated on John Deere and competitive products
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience with diesel engines and construction/agricultural equipment.
Welding knowledge/experience is a huge plus (and would get extra $) but not required
Familiarity with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools is a plus.
Experience with service repairs and meeting performance goals
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in construction, or heavy equipment.
Must own a suitable set of tools
Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostics
Ability to work well in a team environment and be able to multitask effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
