As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist for West Branch Ambulatory Care Center, you willbe responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activitieswithin the department and participate in CQI activities.
Schedule:This per diem, nonexempt position will work on an as-needed basis to help provide additional therapy services to patients on an as-needed basis. There are no regularly scheduled hours for this position. No weekends or holidays required!
About the Facility:West Branch Ambulatory Care Centerfocuses on orthopedics, neurosurgery, and medical specialty services for adult and pediatric patients. Outpatients are helped to heal and improve their quality of life through a treatment plan of physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech and language pathology. The Care Center serves those in the counties of Ogemaw, Oscoda, Roscommon, Arenac and Iosco. CPS Solutions. LLChas partnered with West Branch Ambulatory Care Centerto manage the day-to-day operations of this facility.This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Ambulatory Center:The Center's operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited college in Physical Therapy
Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Current BCLS certification
Preference will be given to those with Specialty Certifications
1+ yearof experience in outpatient settings is preferred
