Manage the planning, execution and evaluation of projects of varying size and complexity, including, but not limited to, enterprise-wide projects and operational change initiatives; manage projects of various sizes including planning, execution, evaluation and transitioning to operations teams; responsible for defining, scoping, planning, communication, oversight and execution of the assigned projects; schedule and lead project meetings, create and distribute agenda and meeting notes, actions, etc.; create, update and manage project documentation including charter, schedule, action items, etc.; collaborate with senior executives, department representatives and subject matter experts to positively advance project objectives; anticipate and identify potential problems or risks and present alternative solutions; clearly communicate with project stakeholders and team members in a timely fashion regarding project status, issues, and questions; identify and develop process improvements; provides recommendations on next steps; provide analytics including strategic analysis, stakeholder analysis, force-field analysis; manage project deliverables; help build and work as part of a collaborative team to advance strategic priorities; act as a liaison between TGW US and TGW Logistics Group global business units, representing TGW US in intercompany project teams.
