Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
- A clear state background check
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse and multicultural client and staff population
- Commitment to a minimum of one year of employment is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and daily care to youth, ensuring their safety and security in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Always maintain a proper “line of sight” and physical supervision of youth
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that meets the emotional and physical needs of the youth in your care
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement individualized care plans for each child
- Act as a positive role model, encouraging positive behavior and decision-making
