Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical support for computers and associated devices attached to the client
networking environment. Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair end-user devices, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
- Perform basic PC configurations.
- Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with engineers to resolve support issues, escalating to proper personnel where
appropriate.
- Participate in new installations, testing and special projects as needed and assigned.
- Spend significant portions of the day away from the physical desk while supporting users and moving equipment.
- Ability to work both independently or in a fast-paced team environment where multiple projects are being developed and deployed simultaneously.
- Exhibit good communication skills, an energetic approach, and patience with end users.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel to assigned client sites.
Basic Qualifications:
1. High school diploma (or equivalent)
2. Must have experience with Microsoft products including Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs
CompTia A+ Certification
Compensation:
Part-time - Can work around school schedule

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
