Day shift. Monday though Friday, weekend rotation required.

What You Will Do
Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.
Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
Document treatment interventions given.
May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Additional Preferences
Acute Inpatient or Long Term Care experience preferred
