CAD Designer
H.A. Industries is seeking a self-motivated, punctual, and courteous individual to work in our CAD department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Automation equipment and models while determining the best materials, methods and components for the required applications.
- Generate 3D models and 2D drawings for components / assemblies with the SolidWorks CAD software.
- Work with Sales Create Concepts for quoting.
- Prepare incoming CAD data for quotations.
- Provide support for manufacturing.

Ideal candidates need:
Ten years equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience with SolidWorks design software
- Must have working knowledge of GD&T.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (Intermediate Level)
- Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently.
- Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills.
- Able to take direction and finish tasks in a timely manner.
- Possesses mechanical aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to understand drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
- Able to work in a Team environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
