Our team member will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Responsible for all office supplies, printing and Property Maintenance
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Calendar Management
- Strong Editing and Writing Skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the company
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
