The Associate will report directly to the Manager on the Content+ team. The position requires an assertive, detail-oriented, highly motivated team player displaying the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To serve as key foundations for this position, we require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage a diverse project load, a creative problem-solver with excellent oral and written communication skills and a creative/strategic thinker with the ability to generate and build on ideas.
In this role you will...
Be responsiblefor supportingFord Ambassador and Influencerprograms
Play a significant role inall Ford ambassador and influencer programs,includingmanaging agency partners,managing weeklymeetings, working with multiple agencies,interfacing with clients
SupportallFordambassadorand influencerprograms, managing specific elements related to overall program goals including vehiclefleetmanagement,vehicle coordination and transport,website management, creative elements,content routing
Participate in creating,designing,and executing new ideas to supportassigned programs
Manage the creative and production review and approval processes for content and programs (internal, product, legal, client, partners, etc.)
Aid in development of future vehicle and/or always on programs
Facilitate daily account needs
Establish and maintain positive relationship with all clients,vendors, agency partnersand internal teams
Develop timelinesandproduction schedules,createand leadinternal/partner/client meetings, manage all meeting notes and call reports,ongoing team communication and materialdevelopment for programs/ meetings
Manage assigned program budgets and all financial aspects of projects (open jobs, purchase orders, invoicing, budget forecasts, etc.)andadhere toprojectdeadlines
Facilitate various production and fulfillment needs including vehicle sourcing, insurance, bailment,directawards,dealer / winner coordination, affidavits,1099s and gift tax
Develop sell-in and recap decks, one-pagers,program POV documents,project briefs, etc.

You have...
Knowledge and passion for social/ influencer marketing, social platforms, content production, experiential marketing and activations, digital and social media, PR and sponsorships
Ability to maintain and foster good Client/Agency/Partner relationships
Skills to manage a diverse workload with flexibility to adapt to meet program priorities
Ability to be a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver
Qualities of working well within a large team while being able to work autonomously on assigned projects
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to provide on-site management for shoots/events and travel as needed
Proficient software knowledge and skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
One to two years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience
