Role and Responsibilities
· Responsible for processing incoming phone calls to ensure the caller speaks with the best available staff member who can assist them with their parts, service, or warranty issue.
· Responsible maintaining a high level of customer service and support
· Responsible for communicating with parts, service, warehouse, and warranty staff any dealer and/or customer issues
· Responsible for processing orders and data as assigned by department manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School or equivalent
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience in customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with the application of and processes for Bandit system like AccountMate, InfoTrack, etc.
· Attention to detail
· Exceptional organization skills
