Job Description
As a Senior Specialist Transformation Consultant you will be an expert within a team dedicated to accelerating the delivery of initiatives in the modernization and innovation area of Tech Next. You will contribute to the team through your experiences in solving problems, helping initiative team avoid or remove obstacles and building strong relationships across FIS to accelerating achievements.

Tech Next Modernization and Innovation is part of the overall Technology Transformation Initiative at FIS. With over $1B being invested to accelerate modernization, innovation, and consolidation of technology, Tech Next is among the largest initiatives ever undertaken at FIS.
What you will be doing?
In this role you will be responsible for:
Working closely with other leaders and initiative owners to achieve key milestones, making recommendations that improve delivery performance
Leveraging your concentration to solve critical issues and remove obstacles
Build strong, frictionless relationships that help teams accelerate completion of their goals
Make recommendations to simplify, streamline and reduce friction in day-to-day operations
Working closely with other team members to continuously improve the team performance
What you will need:
Considerable experience one or more of these areas: engineer, security, architecture, compliance, risk, finance, business/financial analysis, program management, or Agile delivery
Experience working in transformation initiatives in the financial sector.
Experience in building strong frictionless relationships across organizations .
Experience working in the financial and/or payment solutions sector.
Expert collaboration and communication skills.
Experience operating in a highly ambiguous environment.
Added bonus if you have:
Demonstrated experience in leading complex initiative delivery requiring cross organization orchestration, end to end
