Description
Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education staff to generate referral sources.
Fortify Existing relationships with referral sources.
Identify opportunities for partnering and growth.
Manage leads from referral sources and ensure an efficient admissions process for clients.
Increase the number of referral sources within a facility such as with physician, social workers and discharge planners.
Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources.
Plan, organize and attend marketing events on behalf of the facility.
Utilize analytic tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively plan and evaluate activity to optimize results.
Represent facility in professional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions.
Create outreach initiatives that will regularly communicate facility mission with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking and other professional activities.
Attend external marketing functions, I.E Alzheimer's Walk, Mental Health Awareness Celebration, Nami Walk and the Jason Foundation.
Represent the facility in professional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions.
Respond to internet inquiries on behalf of marketing and Stonecrest Center.
Travel Details: 50% of Time: Local travel in the State of Michigan
Provide service recovery, when needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field
2 years in a health care, business development/marketing/sales environment with measurable business development results
Excellent working knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles
Managed care background is a plus
Must have current, valid driver's license, appropriate driving record and maintenance of at least minimum level of auto liability insurance required by company policy
