EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.)
Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite programs including, but not limited to, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
High attention to detail.
Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems.
Proficient grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type from draft copy.
Knowledge of basic arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures, and make change accurately.
Skill in verbal and written communication.
Ability to calmly and appropriately handle patient escalations over the phone.
Skill in gathering information.
Ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and external agencies.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate degree in business administration or secretarial program preferred
Experience: Three years of administrative experience preferred
