Working at our client location who is an established growing manufacturer. Direct hire opportunity, pay rate $21-$23 per hour based on experience. Day and afternoon shifts available.
Shift times:
6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Duties for the Manual Machinist-Tool Die position include:
-Maintaining, repairing, and fabricating tools, dies and fixtures.
-Perform basic machining operations on manual lathes, mills and grinders
-Assist with the maintenance and repair of tools and dies under the guidance or senior machinists
-Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings
-Assist in fabricating simple jigs, fixtures and tooling components
-Keep work area clean and organized. ensuring compliance with safety standards
-Document maintenance and repair activities as required
