What you need:
GENERAL SALES & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
- One year of sales experience preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions. Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate commissions and discounts.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays.
TECHNICIAN B – (Michigan Certifications are required)
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
- 2 or more ASE certifications are PREFERRED for this position (A4 Steering and Suspension & A5 Brakes)
- Michigan Certification is required
- Section 609 certification PREFERRED
TECHNICIAN A - (Michigan Certifications are required)
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
- 4 or more ASE certifications are PREFERRED for this position (A4 Steering and Suspension & A5 Brakes, plus 2 from the following: A1 Engine Repair, A6 Electrical, A7 HVAC, A8 Engine Performance, L1 Advanced Engine Performance)
- Michigan Certification is required
- Section 609 certification required
MASTER TECHNICIAN - (Michigan Certifications are required)
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
- 8 or more ASE certifications are PREFERRED for this position (A1 through A8)
- Michigan Certification is required
- Section 609 Certification required
