Family owned company seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our light duty manufacturing plant. The Production Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Assist in the daily production for your assigned station
- Follow standard operating procedures for processing and packaging products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and standards
- Assist in setting up production stations as needed
- Assist in inventory management and material handling
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for majority of the shift
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift is a plus if needed
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
