This hybrid role will be responsible for leading strategic studies and recommendations to guide and inform business decisions, rooted in customer and market insight. This role is not specific to any particular business unit, but the generated insights and recommendations have the potential to impact Ford Blue, Pro, Model E, Lincoln, and other client teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly customer-focused, observant of market and cultural trends, and naturally curious and engaged.

Manage the Portfolio Vision process, including recommendations of potential products informed by customer and market insights. In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, develop a recommendation for the ideal portfolio of products and services to inform our 3-5-year investment decisions.
