Responsibilities
The Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will:
Providing a safe and environmentally conscious environment; leading employee safety engagement; tracking safety and environmental compliance
Developing, supporting and coordinating maintenance personnel
Ensuring equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of equipment maintenance and repair
Coordinating teams for the purpose of improving performance and procedures development
Ensuring that tools and resources are readily available to personnel
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and operations management
Utilizing Oracle eAM and iProcurement (Opening and closing work orders; Ordering parts and equipment components; Scheduling preventive maintenance)
Running KPI Reports and utilizing the information for better decision-making
Assisting the Operations and Maintenance Manager in developing budgets and business plans
Assisting with the evaluation of capital expenditures
Monitoring, measuring, and adjusting processes to meet production requirements and quality expectations.
Setting up systems to implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes
Reporting and recordkeeping as required
Coding and entering timecards in OTL
Performing all projects as assigned by supervisor
Interacting with vendors to assist in the evaluation of components and equipment
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of five years of experience in industrial equipment repair technology with supervisory experience
Experience with ERP system or computer maintenance program
Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement the appropriate related programs and controls
Valid driver's license
Lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Sits, stands, and walks for extended periods of time
Occasional pushing, pulling and/or prying
Good visual acuity, depth perception and eye-hand coordination
Able to detect differences between sounds that vary in pitch and loudness
Operates motor vehicle
Works in environment with noise and temperature variations
