Building/Grounds Maintenance Essential Responsibilities:
• Pick up trash/litter
• Landscaping (mowing, raking, leaf blowing, laying mulch, weeding, watering)
• Snow removal (shoveling/snow blowing sidewalks & common areas)
• Perform general repairs which do not require specialized skills (minor building repairs, painting, and light fixture replacement)
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems
• Clean and assist with the upkeep of buildings and maintenance equipment
• Limited communication with tenants regarding property related issues
• Assists with outside vendors to facilitate trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, security and other services
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
