Job tasks include, but not limited to the following:

Order entry of customer orders
Producing shippers(bills of lading)
Creating Invoices
Follow Accounts Receivable processes/Collections
Printing labels for parts and boxes to be shipped
Assisting shipping department with UPS WorldShip
Perform general office functions: Answering phones, ordering supplies and maintaining voicemail.
Other tasks as assigned

Skills required:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets.

Education:

High School Graduate/Equivalent

Salary:

$40,000 annually

32 hours per week

Monday – Thursday

8am – 4:30pm
