ADS US in Millington, Michigan is looking for a Full-Time Printing Press Operator on 2nd shift.*This is a specialized field and takes months to train. We encourage those with mechanical mindsets who enjoy troubleshooting to apply! We are willing to train the right individuals. You will train on 1st and move to 2nd shift after training.
First shift is 6:30AM-3:00PM, Monday-Friday
Second shift is 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday*
Responsibilities include:
- Operation of Automated Screen Printing machines
- Candidate MUST have mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Position, adjust, and secure stock material or product against stops, on arbors, or in chucks, fixtures, or automatic feeding mechanisms, manually or using hoists.
- Read job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences.
- Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.
- Tracking Production on paper and entering it into a database.
Work is in a controlled clean room requiring use of a provided suit and hairnet.
