Assembly Operator: Responsible for performing various tasks related to assembling components and ensuring the quality and safety standards are met. Assembly operators will utilize a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble mesh and end caps, as well as perform quality checks on finished parts. This role is critical in ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our manufactured parts.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize shears to cut mesh into strips.
- Use various tools to form, shape, coin, and assemble mesh and end caps.
- Accurately label, count, bag, and/or box small parts for shipment or inventory purposes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:
- Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
- Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
- Must be able to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with arms and hands
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
- Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
