Our office is looking for a Skilled Dental receptionist to add to our team! We are looking for someone to serve as a chief point of contact for our patients. As a Skilled Dental Receptionist, you will greet our patients coming into the practice, schedule their appointments, communicate with insurance providers, collect and post payments, prepare New patients charts, pull and file charts, along with various other duties that will help the dental office run more efficiently.
The person we hire will need to have Excellent Interpersonal skills; Someone who can work as a Team Player and Collaborate with our entire office. This individual person must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a Fast Paced Dental Environment. We will provide on the job training for the right candidate.
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (some Fridays may only be half day at times)
