Overview
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master Project Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Scrum Master Project Manager you will:
Support the Haworth Digital team within the marketing organization in managing cross-functional projects. This role is a blend of business analyst work, defining clear requirements with stakeholders and collaborating with development and implementation teams to develop scope, timing, and milestones as well as coordinating throughout the project ensuring project requirements are met. Responsible for effectively managing a high-quality backlog of work to the development team.
Essential Functions
Coordinates across teams ensuring project scope and schedule are met, managing scope change requests, and communicating with project team to keep projects on track.
Works with the product owner to create and prioritize the product backlog.
Grooms the product backlog based on the prioritization provided by the product owner.
Unblocks development team by obtaining clarification and approval from stakeholders.
Contributes to continual improvement of the production workflow for cross functional projects and development team specific projects.
Coaches the teams in their understanding of the delivery process and agile mindset.
Ensures digital leadership is kept informed of project progress, team member performance, critical issues, and achievement of major milestones to ensure effective collaboration across functional departments.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years related exp OR 4 years related exp
Work Experience:
2 years related Project Management or Business Analyst experience.
Experience serving as a Scrum Master preferred.
