Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to learn new tasks. Manufacturing experience - CNC Operator, Bridgeport, Drill Press, etc. is a plus.
Strong work ethic and habits with a critical focus on attention to detail. Possesses excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Demonstrates basic reading, math, and verbal communication skills. Math proficiency includes the ability to use micrometers and calipers and perform calculations to the thousandths of an inch (e.g., .062 - .0015 = .0605).
Be able to carry/life 20lbs.
