You play a vital role in how our customers feel about the food we provide for them. You will have to be able to juggle many tasks at one time such as making donuts, frosting/glazing donuts, baking sub buns, baking cookies, preparing breakfast sandwiches, cooking deep fried foods, making grinders and creating pizzas. The pace will be fast paced especially around lunch time, evenings, and holidays. You are an ambassador for the Black River Party Store.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining food standards as per preparation specifications
- Fill in where necessary and work all shifts including weekends
- Follow daily maintenance and cleaning schedule in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety code regulations
- Work to minimize food waste
- Prepare all menu items according to standards
- General cleaning of all work areas, utensils and portions of kitchen/food storage areas
Must be passionate about cooking, self-motivated, have a valid drivers license, must have reliable transportation, previous experience( experience will be verified), References( will be checked)
