You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You may be the first, last and sometimes the only person the customers interact with. That’s why its important to smile, greet and thank every customer. You’re an ambassador for Black River Party Store.
The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, weekends and during the holidays. You will have to juggle multiple tasks while helping customers such as scanning items, pricing items, stocking, bagging customer items, making change, processing lottery, DNR licensing, and keeping the area cleaned.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
- Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
- Keep areas clean and presentable
- Answer customer questions and help them with their needs
- Be available to assist other employees as needed
- Stock coolers
- Receive orders, price, and put stock out
- Clean
Must have valid driver's license, vehicle, experience (these will be verified), references
