Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday- including some weekends10:00pm-6:30am
Responsibilities & Duties:
Each row has to be hand cycled up and swiped off with the depalletizer arm. This is controlled off a large lever.
On top of the #10 tins and between each row is a cardboard slip sheet cover that must be removed and placed in the appropriate area.
Inspect cans for damages. If a can is damaged and can be fixed- use the tin snips to fix the damaged can and place it back on the line. If the can is unusable- place it in the appropriate area.
If the cans get caught anywhere on the machine- unjam them. If this can't be done safely- get a mechanic for help.
After all the cans are off the pallet- cycle the pallet back down and bring another full pallet in. If the empty pallet gets jammed- unjam it.
Remove cardboard from top of product and cut off plastic.
Place glass or plastic on roller conveyors.
Remove cardboard from empty pallet.
Keep work are clean and orderly.
Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
Perform any other duty as required by supervisor or lead person.
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
