Evaluate products, parts, or processes for quality/defects, cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project completion. Use CAD programs (NX, CATIA..) to create product concepts; test product for usability and safety; oversee manufacturing and production process (PPAP, APQP) to set standards; oversee Injection mold tool development (design, pre & post-grain); DVP&R’s, DFMEAs, DFM, open issues; problem solving/root cause analysis (Shanin Red x); interpret CAE re-ports such as moldflows and FEAs; understand GD&T, tolerance stackups (1D & 3D) & CAD drawing; create and maintain ECRs and BOMs in Teamcenter.
