Responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Pega applications and interfaces; update and maintain documents that include guardrails and best practices by implementing necessary policies, and assist others in the critical success factors of the policy; responsible for troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications to clearly identify root cause of production level architecture issues, and make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning; utilize Oracle Database, MySQL Database, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, ALM, GitHub, JIRA, and Splunk to perform duties; provide innovative solutions to more complex business needs; perform UI research using Live UI tool, as well as clipboard data analysis, flow and data research using TRACER tool; design PRPC Security layer by using standard PRPC protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SSO and LDAP; design Integration layer by utilizing the PRPC smart integration wizard for services and connectors using REST, SOAP, HTTP, E-mail and File protocols; design and implement reliable and highly available enterprise robust PRPC solution systems by employing the concepts of process automation and PRPC Case Management; analyze overall performance parameters of the application using PAL and PLA tools; and perform code deployments using DevOps model (CI/CD).
Location: Detroit, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;
Salary: $158,080 per year;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Senior Associate Consultant, as a Senior Consultant, as a Software Developer, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation;
