Description
Robert Half on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist whose primary role will be managing and overseeing compensation and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee compensation programs
Oversee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Use systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, HRMS for various benefit functions
Handle claim administration duties, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and promptly
Conduct compensation administration tasks, such as setting up pay structures and analyzing compensation data
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to compensation and benefits
Resolve any issues related to compensation and benefits in a timely and effective manner
Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to stay abreast of current industry standards
Collaborate with HR and management to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent

Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce platforms
Knowledge of HRMS systems
Ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively
Experience in Claim Administration
Familiarity with Compensation Administration procedures
Strong understanding of Compliance in the Manufacturing industry
