Description
Robert Half has an exciting contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Roseville, Michigan. The role entails providing technical support to end-users, managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic troubleshooting and end-user hardware and software support in person, and remotely
Diagnose and resolve issues with PC, tablets, and mobile devices for end-users
Provide new user set up and password resets, recommend and implement corrective solutions as needed
Stay abreast of the latest technologies to ensure the company is utilizing the latest tech appropriately
Stay current on new Technologies, provide recommendations, and manage implementation of new technologies
Some local travel will be required in the greater Metro Detroit and surrounding areas
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or a similar role
Proficiency in Basic Network Troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows OS
Experience in handling both hardware and software issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Payroll or ERP systems is a bonus
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of end-users
