Senior Associate, Deals Transaction Services – Valuations (Multiple Positions), PwC US Business Advisory LLP, Detroit, MI. Help clients realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Help clients to ensure maximum value for their company. Assist companies originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals by providing robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory. Research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists the team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps clients enhance their deal value.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 1 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Applying financial accounting, corporate finance, and/or business analysis methodologies to create and deliver valuation solutions;
- Providing professional services in one or more of the following areas: business enterprise valuation, financial modeling, derivatives, intellectual property valuation, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, or private equity valuation;
- Conducting advanced financial analysis, emphasizing company valuation techniques such as, financial modeling and/or comparative and pro forma analyses; and
- Application of valuation methodology for business entities and intangible assets, including valuation discounts and premiums.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
