Skills & Experience: - Strong computer skills (email, database, Word, Excel, etc.) - Competent in safe forklift operation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional ethical standard - Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a team player - Proficient in mathematical computations - Strong problem-solving and documentation skills - Provides a professional level of customer service - 2+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management - Mechanical knowledge for precise parts ordering -Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, frequent walking and standing, vision and hearing for answering phones, reading labels, driving forklift, regular use of hands/arms to lift/maneuver parts/boxes, occasional sitting. Must be able to work in noisy warehouse environment with varying temperatures and shop odors.
Position Summary: - Full-time role, Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday - Responsible for inventory ordering and supporting other facilities - Assists all production, repair, and administrative personnel - Operates forklift and handles unloading, checking in, and stocking of trucks - Manages inventory, purchase orders, and work orders - SAP experience is a plus - This is a very active position.
