HR staff must work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy. As a key part of that team, the HR Employment Coordinator provides administrative level support for the LCC employment process including review and approval of hiring plans, selected candidates for interview, and assisting hiring managers with all steps of the hiring process. This position serves as a resource to Divisions and Departments during the LCC employment process. The Coordinator reports to the HR Manager - Employment.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
