Days are busy with designing, editing, formatting, and finalizing department-wide tax forms and instructions for a variety of customers. You will work closely with Treasury business areas to review form requests and provide proofs of forms/instructions ahead of printing the document and/or posting on Treasury’s website. This position ensures Treasury guidelines are followed, provides excellent customer service, and builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
Experience with writing and editing forms and manuals; collecting, analyzing, and organizing data; communicating effectively with the public; and maintaining favorable public relations are all qualities that will help you succeed in this position.
